About Me
Hello! My name is Liam and I am a RPC-C with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, Member #4402.
My education is in Applied Psychology and Counselling from the Kelowna College of Professional Counselling.
I am also a certified and accredited Meditation Teacher/Practitioner.
I have a passion for mental health, psychology, personal growth, nature, and helping others. Through conquering my struggles with mental health, I have developed the skills, knowledge, and passion to help others do the same and craft the life they want.
My areas of focus are common issues that I see in younger generations as a result of living in the digital age, such as:
Technology Addiction, Substance Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Loneliness/Isolation, Personal Growth, Motivation, Purpose and Fulfillment and Issues related to Artificial Intelligence.
